The quality of our products is guaranteed by controls carried out on board the machine and then through systematic methods and with the help of a three-dimensional CNC measurement system.
We guarantee the quality of the finished products from the purchase of the material up to the sale, monitoring every aspect and, where requested, providing the customer with specific control and testing certificates.
The dimensional controls are carried out by means of the latest generation three-dimensional machine in a thermo-stabilised metrology lab. This system monitors and tests the validity of machining both during the process and before shipment. At the end of the checks, a 3D statistical report of the dimensions is produced.
